Use a flesh-toned eyeliner on the inner rim of the eyes to make eyes look wider and fresher and to neutralize any redness. Pale eyeliner inside the eye creates a more open effect, while dark eyeliner inside the eye creates a more elongated focus to the width of the eye.

ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to try this, but I've yet to find a flesh colored drugstore eyeliner. I know Stila makes one, but I'm not willing to spend $18.00 for it. Any suggestions??
